QUALIFICATIONS:
High school education or equivalent plus (4) four years office/clerical experience.
Candidate must be detail oriented, able to problem solve, think critically, and identify inaccuracies, have excellent organizational skills, and able to handle multiple demands, inflexible deadlines, and changing priorities.
Must be able to communicate effectively and follow oral and written instructions, have advanced computer skills with expert knowledge of Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office, plus be courteous and have a professional manner while dealing with AT&T customers and suppliers.
POSITION DUTIES:
This position performs administrative functions in support of Technical Field Services and TFS managers & supervisors.
Duties include group time reporting, mail distribution, purchasing materials, updating various databases, assisting with basic data analysis, error resolution, and preparing multiple reports.
Also included is adding vendors to purchasing systems, payment and tracking of invoices, voucher processing, and any other general administrative duties as assigned.
This is an IBEW Local 1547 represented position with union pay scale and benefits.
