$500 / 1br - Furnished Short term Room rental (North Pole)

I have 2 furnished bedrooms for rent 1 has a half bath the other has the main bath across hallway.
$500 room with bath available end of Dec.
Everything included UNLESS ELECTRIC GOES ABOVE which I monitor on the app.
No washer, dryer only I recommend south cushman laundry.
Free water filling if you do laundry same day.
I Haul drinking/cooking water I have 2, 5 gallon jugs.
You're responsible for personal items and paper towels/toilet paper etc for yourself, when I am away.

I have hired a pet sitter and plow person.
Internet acs, fully furnished, shared common areas.
Room for 1 vehicle per room.
Outside/common areas Monitored by blink cameras while I am away.

Must be able to shovel porch an walkway.
I will plow driveway if it snows heavily.
