Taylored Restoration Services, an Alaskan-owned Construction/Restoration company with over 50 years of dedicated service, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Mitigation Technicians in the Fairbanks area.

Responsibilities: • Execute disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction and structural drying following IICRC standards.
• Conduct demolition and removal tasks, including drywall, flooring, and insulation.
• Set up and manage drying equipment at work sites, ensuring efficient setup and removal.
• Perform moisture mapping and loss documentation.
• Participate in our 24-hour on-call rotation for emergency responses.
• Drive company vehicles (no CDL required) Qualifications: • IICRC certification preferred, training provided to become certified for non-certified applicants.
• Hardworking, honest, dependable, and safety-focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver license with no more than 3 driving infractions in the last 3 years.
• Reliable, insured transportation at your disposal.
• Willingness to cross-train within the cleaning and construction departments.
• Physical capability to lift and move 75+ pounds multiple times per day.
• Successful completion of post offer background and drug screenings (we test for heroin, amphetamines, cocaine, opiates, phencyclidine).
What we offer: • $500 sign-on bonus paid out on first paycheck, as well as $500 continuance bonus after 6 months of full-time employment.
